Gastronō AG is a Swiss-based company founded by Executive Chef Alastair Long, a British culinary expert with over 17 years of international experience in fine dining, luxury food sourcing, brand creation, and hospitality consulting. After holding senior positions at acclaimed establishments such as Zuma and Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Alastair moved to Switzerland. Launching award-winning concepts Manabu Vevey, Izakaya by Manabu, and Kaiseki by Manabu, he launched Gastronō.

Alongside his associate and long-time friend, Junwoong Moon, current Head Chef of the Kaiseki by Manabu restaurant and culinary expert from South Korea, the company is able to source directly from producers, with an unrivalled network and reach within our niche. At Gastronō, we specialise in sourcing and delivering the finest products directly to chefs, retailers, and hospitality partners.
